Order Processing TOP
Orders are processed on a first-receipt basis, Monday thru Friday (excluding US holidays). Processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days after you place your order and your payment has reached us. Orders placed on Friday may NOT be processed and accepted by the postal service until Wednesday. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. However, it is more likely that your order will arrive in a shorter period of time. If you need your order by a certain date, please allow plenty of time for delivery, we suggest ordering 2 weeks prior to the date needed.
Shipping TOP
Shipping charges are capped at a MAXIMUM of $5.25 for domestic and international.
I ship USPS first class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is your option at $50 of coverage increments offered by the USPS. I will not be held liable for damaged or lost items if you choose not to insure your package. I have never had a package lost or damaged but it can happen!
Auction shipping rates are listed in the auction details. I will combine items from this website with any auctions. Just let me know so I may send you a combined invoice prior to you sending your payment.
I do not ship on weekends. If your order was unusually large it may take an additional 24 hours before your order is gathered, safely packaged and ready to ship.
Most orders will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped. Some orders because of their high value or if it is an international order will not receive these automated emails. If you do not receive detailed shipping information and delivery confirmation numbers and desire them, please email me.

International Shipping TOP Yes, I ship worldwide!
International orders may take longer to receive depending on whether or not they are held up in customs. International shipping charges cover only the cost of airmail and do not include any additional fees or taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for products confiscated by your government. Every international package that we ship does include a customs form with a description of the contents and a value.
Bead Guarantee TOP All of my handmade lampwork beads are kiln annealed and properly cleaned. I handmake each bead in my glass studio and I proudly stand by my work. All other bead are inspected for quality before they are offered for sale.
Wholesale TOP
I don't offer wholesale or volume discounts on any of my items, I am not a mass producer and I don't out source any part of my work. This is my art, passion as well as my source of income. It takes me the same amount of time, cost and talent per bead whether I am to make 1 bead or 1000 beads. The same applies for any of the sewn items. My prices are very good and highly competitive for the quality of work that I do. Many of my customers simply resell my finished items at boutique prices. There is a shipping discount, this happens automatically after you place a certain dollar amount in your cart. This is the only continuous discount I offer.

Returns TOP I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. I try very hard to give an accurate and detailed description of size and colors, type of lighting used with photos, hole size, etc. Let me know if something is incorrect and I will do what I can to make it right. However, I will not refund your money in cases of buyer's remorse and I will not replace lost or damaged items or refund money if you did not purchase insurance. Items must be returned to me in the EXACT and complete original condition within 7 days from date of purchase for a refund minus shipping.
Payment Types TOP I accept all major credit cards through Paypal & e-checks through Paypal. Money Orders/Cashiers Checks are also accepted.
Out of Stock Items TOP On certain items I have more inventory than what is listed on the website. I hold back the majority of my items for my local shows, especially the purses & other fabric items. If you find an item out of stock and would like to purchase it, email me and I will check my inventory.
